Questions concerning tobacco

Reading posts may be helpful but it has been my experience that some people who at times come off as surly or gruff are also exceptionally generous and conscientious.

I’m somewhat thin-skinned by nature and tend to take people at face value. For better or worse, if someone is habitually insulting or bullying in threads, I’m unlikely to overlook that for whatever positive personality traits might be buried beneath the surface.

Never buy tobacco from me. In fact, if you ever see me "selling" tobacco, I've been hacked. I just give it away. I've given away probably fifty pounds of tobacco since I've been here. And, honestly, I don't trust anyone who resales it. I'll take my chances with retailers who are sponsors or pipestud... that is it.

I was about to say the same thing. Don't trust Cosmic and I personally wouldn't sell tobacco. Rather give it away to people. Usually some new pipe smoker who needs to try some of either a particular style or a specific blend.

In general, if you are buying, selling or trading here amongst forum members, especially longstanding ones, you're ok. We're pretty much regular guys who have a love of pipes & tobacco, and enjoy sharing it with others. Nothing more.

That's good to know I feel better since so many have give me positive opinions about this matter.
