If you are an up and coming pipe maker who is wanting show off your pips for the express purpose of selling them on the site then you should check with admin and he can guide you to the rules.
Now if you are simply a collector like many of us who show our new purchases to the community then you can just post them. There is a link at the bottom of the page that says advertisers which you can check out.

There is also a thread for show off your self made pipes. But this is for amateur carvers (though the results shown are professional in the extreme). If you are looking to promote your work for commercial purposes, you will need to contact the site admin.
+1 Harris and sable. I'd love to see our work. There are some very talented carvers on this site, who's work I admire greatly.
