The pipe cleaning set is a 'SENIOR' and it is one of the best on the market (personal preference).
I only have the tool with the shank drill, but I have wanted this type of set for a while now. Cost prohibits at the moment.
The tools on the right, I believe, are used to ream the pipe bowl to get into all those little corners that the main tool (bottom centre) doesn't quite get.

I believe those 3 tools come in handy if you're ever called upon to do an emergency trephination on a comatose pipesmoker.

Excav8tor, I have a bid on a reamer right now on Ebay, but if it falls through I would be willing to purchase the senior reamer you have right now for $20 so you could buy the set, for $30 out of your pocket. Let me know if this sounds good. I have been wanting to buy a reamer for a while and I thought that I could help you out as well.

42 is the everything according to "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" (Douglas Adams)
An excerpt from the book:
"a group of hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings demand to learn the Ultimate Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything from the supercomputer, Deep Thought, specially built for this purpose. It takes Deep Thought 7½ million years to compute and check the answer, which turns out to be 42. Unfortunately, The Ultimate Question itself is unknown."
My physics instructor in college always liked to tell us that the answer to everything is 42...the key is in figuring out the right units.

It's a little known fact that those three tools have absolutely no purpose at all. They're included in the set to give newbies an inferiority complex.

I'll take a stab at it. The top tool might be for reaming out a smoke channel once the drill in the reamer body has started the cleaning procedure.
The middle tool? I have no idea.
The bottom tool would be used to ream odd shaped bowls such as an oval.
