The reasoning behind my question is this: when President Obama took office it started a massive amount of buying of firearms and ammunition because many feared he would create more regulation/restrictions. Even now .22 LR is scarce in my area with inflated prices on what little can be found (luckily I still have a couple of bricks I bought pre-panic).
With the new regulations from the FDA are we seeing the same scenario with pipes and tobacco? I ponder this as I look at my cellar and at my monthly budget....hmmmm do I really need to eat every day?
