Pulled the Trigger on this Falcon. But is it Fake?

Should be brand new. It came in a nylon bag and the mouth piece looks like this.... also it's soft like the $9 cob pipes.
Is it fake?

I bought a Falcon standard stem from tobaccopipes several weeks ago, and mine looks like that. I use rubber bits on mine, otherwise I’d be too tempted to bite down and break all my teeth out.

There’s this too. A real Falcon stem is pretty cheap already: there can’t be much profit in trying to counterfeit it.

No, it's probably real. Falcons are generally too cheap to be sending out fake ones.

So if the company makes this sht of stems i don't know if I can trust the material they make the rest of thebpipe from....... at the end of the day I am inhaling hot smoke coming through it....
Is there another company with same design but better execution?

Oh sure, don't smoke it if you don't trust it. You can find some other Falcony designs in this Falcon thread, but I haven't tried any of them myself.

Love the falcons and yeah the bit is very soft. But for one thing the smoke shouldn't be hot by the time you get it there. And the pipe is so light you don't have to bite down on the stem with any force to clench the sucker.
