Problems Accessing Site?

Kevin, on my phone lately (I honestly don't remember if it started before or after ios7) when I go to the site I get a message that read, approx:
FORBIDDEN:
You don not have permission to access pm.com/ or insome cases pm.com/forums (spelled out of course...)
Is this related? It happened to me now between ~3:50-4:20 CST. I don't think I got banned! :nana:

My IPhone when I am on the 3G AT&T network is giving me the Forbiden error code, when I hook up to my home wireless it acesses the site, didn"t use to do that.

Hmm. I haven't noticed if it's cellular vs. Wifi for me, but I'll keep an eye on that...
I will say I was on cellular when I grabbed these screen shots to show what's happening:

When you are on your wi fi I believe you will get access.

Same is happening here (forbidden error) when using my Android phone. But if I connect using wifi on my phone it loads fine.
I'm not complaining. Just thought I'd give a report from a non-Apple OS.
