Rustie, I have a question. As I mentioned I’m going with the gflex, but the dye by the same manufacturer is extremely expensive. $60 for a small bottle.
Could I use a more economical dye from another manufacturer To use with gflex. Thanks for your response.

I’ve used WiseBond epoxy pigment. Their site has a six pack of pigments for $39.99 (shipping in the US on that was $11.48, so you’re looking at $51.47—but, it’s six different pigments that you can mix). You’d have to check the price for a single bottle.

I don't restore pipes to sell, but I also don't bother trying to smooth out or fill bite marks in the pipes I'm keeping. They don't hurt anything, and I'm bound to keep adding my own anyway.
