Exotic woods do not an exotic pipe make. More often they are unsuitable as pipe woods for various reasons, especially toxicity/irritant/sensitization properties.
Purprleheart is one such exotic:

Wood Database: Purpleheart

Allergies/Toxicity: Although severe reactions are quite uncommon, Purpleheart has been reported as a sensitizer. Usually most common reactions simply include eye and skin irritation. Purpleheart has also been reported to cause nausea.

Nausea is not something that I would look for when smoking an exotic wood pipe.

I was thinking one small chamber you put your rolled ball of tobacco in and that is connected to the second large cylinder shaped chamber with some water in the bottom for you to suck the smoke through to filter it.

Your OP was poorly written and phrased. Sadly, according to more learned members on this thread, your knowledge of exotic hardwoods needs a graduate level class or two.
I also encourage newcomers with an attitude here to check their ego and maybe take Mother Fnord's "Grace and Civility" course before further postings. (She's bitch-slpped more than her fair share of loud-mouths into model citizens.)
