Presby devotee here, a very distinct very light latakia more musty oriental and mellow VA , haven't tried the others have heard Ordained compared to Capstan Yellow.

As far as I know, there's nothing in common between the various "Presbyterian" blends apart from the manufacturer and brand name. I'm still trying to figure out the rationale for labelling the new blends with "Presbyterian", apart from brand recognition.

I have a couple tins patiently awaiting a place in the rotation. It's a staple vanguard blend, like Elizabethian or Granger. I figured I probably owe it to me to find out for myself.
