The beauty of placing any order is that, even if your tastes change at some future date, you will have a good stock to barter with other folks. Assuming it will all be unobtainium at reasonable cost, it should be cellared as a patriotic matter!

The only blends that I cellared were tested extensively unless it was an obvious winner from the get go. I would never cellar anything I did not smoke myself. I didn't take anyone's word on any blend without trying it.
