As I am partial to plugs and given it is a gift to yourself I would say FVP out of your list. However, if you have access to FVP you should have access also to the others SG plugs and I would consider also the St. James plug given you have in your list the flake version, or if you want to adventure in more exotic stuff the RB plug (which is FVP aromatic). If then as gift for yourself you are looking for something unique difficult to find I would suggest the Holker rope and the Grenodd twist which are Va/Per twists made by SG just for Synjeco (which is the only place you can buy from).

A fair bit or variety in the responses, but it appears that Cabbies and FVP get the most votes across the board.

I have relatively few straight Va's in my collection and as some have mentioned the plug version of FVF is hard to find, so I have decided to go with the FVP.

I have had success ordering through Synjeco to obtain FVP, St. James Plug, and more. Although the shipping will be high since it's overseas. If you ever do place an order with them, don't miss their house ropes and twists (made by Gawith), especially Clegir Rope (VA) and Holker Twist (Vaper) Clegir is one of the best VAs I've ever smoked. They also carry GH New Prince which is a great aromatic, with just the right amount of topping.

I enjoy FVF, Best Brown, St. James and Navy, with Best Brown probably being my favorite. And while not a regular in the rotation....nor even a yearly smoke, but sometimes nothing will do but Grousemoor....like right now when Spring is springing.

St James or cabbies for me as Best brown seems a bit bland. Might have to go dig it out and try it again...but honestly they are all great.

I would love to take your recommendation. Clegir and Holker Twist sound absolutely delicious.

Unfortunately, for once Australia has decided to be ahead of the rest of the world and has banned international mail order purchases (I blame Phillip Morris trying to sue Australia over plain packaging laws, which must have really rubbed certain people up the wrong way).

This is the reason I am looking to buy from an Australian website at Australian prices. It sucks but I thought that if I at least buy something that is a bit out of the ordinary like FVP that will make it more worthwhile.

you really cant go wrong with anything with the GOWITH name IMO. I like everyone I have tried from either Gowith but these are the ones that stand out the most.
