Today I received a nice Peterson 309 made somewhere around 1947.

Cleaned up very nicely.

Congrats Arthur! The flash made it hard to see any improvement on the bowl but I can see clearly the cleaner stem.

I see the improvements on the stem. But they are a bit tricky to see on the bowl.

But a very nice pipe there!

The bowl was in pretty good shape. I refrained from heavy buffing as the stampings are quite worn. Later today I will try it out.

That is a great looking pipe! After I got my system peterson, I now know why there are considered great pipes!
