Great recipe. Going to try it when I cannot cook outside. Ever try pork shoulder in aBig Green Egg - slow 225 for 6+ hours: very moist. Also something very special is Berkshire pork; a heritage breed raised free roaming. Incredible favor.
Wow that's a old post. Also wow I've been on this forum for six years! We recently made this pork roast a few weeks ago and it's still good. Leftovers can be chopped and fried until crispy. Then used for tacos. I don't own a big green egg so no I've not tried it that way. I would imagine it would be a lot like kaluha pork with the smoke flavor.
