thisInstead of regular Plum Pudding, I highly recommend going with Barrel Aged Plum Pudding, which is more of an Aromatic English. Especially since it seems you lean towards aromatics. It's really tasty.
Agree. Im a wine guy. Try the bourbon barrel aged. It’s like a nice portoWell plum pudding is like buying wine. Some are to fruity some are dry. This just hits the spot ,Really like it but I think Mississippi river is better
I have only tried the special reserve. It was very good, but when it was gone I looked at it this way: I could buy 2 or 3 more tins of it, or for the same price I could buy 6-9 tins of something else. There are just too many other great blends out there that I'd rather purchase 3X of, so I did that instead. It just wasn't THAT good for me, and I'm glad because I get to buy more tobacco. It's definitely a must try at least once though.I had a few tins, traded them off for a pipe, kept some Special Reserve that was in a jar, i smoke a bowl once a month or every couple months for something different, the Special Reserve is much better IMO than the regular Plum Pudding.
I'm fairly lucky that i can buy what every strikes my fancy, ok with tobacco not with actual pipes, but again eh .. to me it was better to trade it off for a nice pipe and bonus was it was going to Canada so i got a much better return on value.I have only tried the special reserve.
