Mild, smooth, aromatic, Oriental/English....smokes great. Cool, stays lit, no tongue bite, great aroma for the smoker and for those around the smoker. Relaxing fumes, no nicotine buzz, no queasy stomach...very little leathery smell from the small amount of Latakia - which is very "diluted" by the marrying of the two mixtures. Just mix 50% of each - and smoke away. Both of these original blends are easily available from multiple vendors, and probably will remain on the market for years to come. This 50-50 mixture has become my favorite tobacco blend. Both original mixtures are said to contain no casings or flavorings....just pure tobacco flavors

Mix by volume:
50%- Lane Ltd. "HGL" (Note: Let the "HGL" dry out for a few days).
50%- McClelland's #2050
Blend both together and store in a zip-lock bag, jar, etc.

McClelland #2050: (Oriental-Aromatic) Unusual blend because it contains NO LATAKIA....round, rich flavors with liberal quantities of Oriental/Turkish tobaccos, special Virginia Cavendish made from Eastern-Belt Carolina leaf combined with Black Cavendish
Lane Ltd "HGL": (Mild-English) Toasted Cavendish is laced with Mountain Latakia, then blended with White Burley, and Golden Virginia to produce a sweet, fuller bodied smoke, yet cool and slow burning. The Latakia is used as a condiment and not as a Lat-Bomb.
Enjoy!
