Can't figure out who made this pipe. Can't read the Logo well enough to identify the maker. Bought it used about 15 or so years ago in Columbus Ohio. Thanks.

Looks to be a dead ringer. I bet that's a Pipe Lon stamped Charatan 84 second. Good call.
