Please Help Identify Pipe Maker

Hello all,
I just received this pipe from an eBay seller listed as being by an unknown maker. I couldn't find any reference at www.pipephil.eu to a red dot inside a white one. Does anyone recognize this logo?

I believe it's a Red Dot by Whitehall. Beautiful pipe.

Thank you. I couldn't seem to find that design in the index of dots and whatnot.
I was happy to win it as the only bidder of $9.99 .
Curiously, there are two air holes in the bowl. It doesn't look like a mistake, but I've never seen such a thing in any of my other pipes. Seems to smoke really well.....
