Playing With Different Stem Length

I really enjoy reading and working with a longer stem bing-style pipe and so I’ve been retro fitting longer stems to pipes like this Hardcastle Canadian. (It’s definitely not perfect but I hope to get better. I’m using stem blanks, PIMO tenon tool, and files.)

I like this. It does remind me of a Bing Crosby pipe.
