Its my understanding that Cigars arent covered under the same rules. Cup o joes and smokingpipes wont ship pipe tobacco here (WA) either.

I have had nothing but the best of luck with P&C (Gifting tobacco to my GF in OR). I think that the ship has righted itself after the merger.
While eveyone has their sales and I have ordered from the 3 great sites ive mentioned above. P&C has had the best sales latley and have garnored 70% of my business.
Seattle Pipe Club tobaccos are available exclusively at the Tacoma Tinderbox in WA State. Wa state with the 95% tax of retail prices on loose tobacco. As opposes to OR with 65% wholesale and Idaho with 40% unspecified, but better than WA and OR. Lol

Yes, for some reason (most likely the pipe tobacco/RYO issue), cigars are okay to ship to WA under their statute. That's why I don't get into or discuss politics. I'd probably wind up behind bars.

I don't live in Washington, but I was wondering. Since it's illegal to ship tobacco products to individuals, what if a guy created an LLC? Could tobacco then be shipped to the LLC? Business supplies you know.
