I'm having the same issue. Order placed on 4/11 and still pending. I did receive an email from Sean on 4/16 stating the order would be shipped that very day. It has not been shipped.

p.s. just received and email from Sean and order is on pallet ready to ship so that is Good. won't be here until next week though with UPS not working on weekends.

I also got a message from Sean with a UPS tracking number, looks like things are moving again.

I'm sorry about the delays. Just imagine loading up a tractor trailer with the amount of inventory we have, transporting it, unloading it and shelving it in the span of a few days. It's a pretty daunting task, but everything will start flowing better now.

no apologies needed. for me, new to pipes after 17 yr hiatus and just trying to find a new few that will work since the old few are not around any longer other than McClelland's #14. I am awaiting Fusilier's ration that you told me about.... and a few choice others that Mary McNeil told me about.
