Ok so i bought a few things from P@C a few months back. It was when they were having processing issue's. After weeks of waiting I finally received my package. When I opend it up the pipe I bought had a bent tennon. Since then I have sent multiple e-mails threw there customer service link in your account. After six to eight e-mails over the past couple months i never have recived a single response. I cant call because im out 12 hours a day working. I have never been so poorly treated by a company before. Luckily it was a carving pipe so im only out a few bucks oh well.

Sure! Put it on speaker phone or tuck the phone under your chin and eat your lunch. Can't be too big a problem as you've not really addressed it over the months. You could have sent a snail ma9il or two. Even a registered letter. I ain't buyin' it!

Send an email detailing your problems to: customerissues@cigarsinternational.com The boss of CI/P&C posted this about two weeks ago and you guys continue to complain without having used this option. I used it and got an immediate response.

There have been issues, but there are threads already dedicated to those. This smacks of some hipster trying to sway opinion via social media spamming. Remember, p&c is a site sponsor, and employs a lot of good people.
