Ok so i bought a few things from P@C a few months back. It was when they were having processing issue's. After weeks of waiting I finally received my package. When I opend it up the pipe I bought had a bent tennon. Since then I have sent multiple e-mails threw there customer service link in your account. After six to eight e-mails over the past couple months i never have recived a single response. I cant call because im out 12 hours a day working. I have never been so poorly treated by a company before. Luckily it was a carving pipe so im only out a few bucks oh well.
