I enjoy a good forum and a good pipe. Found myself reading more in this forum, so I thought I would introduce myself and participate rather than just lurk. I smoked my first pipe better than twenty years ago. I have a good collection of pipes, nothing really fancy. Petersons, Savanellis, Erlecht, several Briarworks I enjoy. A Sloth (Clark Layton?) that I love and just remembered... I need to find that pipe! Tobacco ranges as well. I have spent years searching a perfect blend, but my moods vary and I am always finding new loves and old jars. I love dark fired kentucky, VaPers, latakia (particularly with some oriental). Never taken much to aromatics. Recently have become oddly fond of Lakeland essence (I think it started with Bosun Cut Plug). I like to smoke while I drive. I haven't figured out how to do that on a motorcycle but can manage with a stick shift. Ahh well. I reckon that's a good introduction.

Welcome from North Carolina. I had a Memphis shade on a Vulcan 1500 that I could light a cig with a bic at speed. I miss that bike.

Welcome fellow TEXAN! From Waxahachie area myself. Were glad to have you and your feedback as well. I'm a big fan of the HH ODF myself, cannot do the Latakia though, stuff smells and tastes like an old dirty sock to me. But to each his own. I also enjoy many fine Vapors as well

I just put up a bunch of HH ODF ready rubbed. I love it on its own and use it like hot sauce: anything that just needs a little something... puffy I like the Orlick as well, restocked on that. Been stuck on C&Ds Burley #3 here recently though. Keep grabbing it every day.
