This is why I drink sugary drinks all day, was dropping too much weight.I lose enough weight not doing anything, strenuous exercise would be a death sentence.
Yep, I’m starting to feel this in my 50s, my knees are getting worse.It doesn't affect the young or even middle aged but as you get past 65 or so it does seem to slow you down. What I'm really trying to say is that I have to exercise harder to stay the same. Old age is a bitch.
