I have 13 pipes now. It suits my rotation for now, every pipe gets smoked every 8 or 9 days. The amount could grow or be the same, but I imagine that if the herd isn't growing I might replace pipes in the herd if my taste of pipes or materials changes.
Generally 3, My grabow, and my German hunters.

I think a collection for me is dynamic, making trades for other pipes occasionally, or stems, etc.
