Pipe Info Request

I went to a neighborhood yard sell with my son. He looks for Pokémon cards and old gaming games. I found a old pipe and paid $10 for it, but cannot find anything about it on google. Maybe I am misreading the stamp. I think its “The Hillpipe” or The Killpipe”?

Anyone know?
