Pipe Identification Estate

Hey guys, I am pretty new to pipe smoking and especially identification. I was hoping someone could shed light on this one for me. My wife bought this on ebay for me so I am not sure on what details were in the auction because it was a while back. I could not find any sort of markings on the pipe itself, but the tool that came with it does say made in the U.S.A.
I am interested if anyone knows who made it, and what it might be worth? It's definitely an interesting pipe as I've never seen one quite like it.

that's a really nice pipe by the looks of it, no idea what it is, you really need to show the markings and take higher resolution pictures.
