Funny thing is the act of smoking a pipe in my native language can be transformed to the act of felatio, so that's the standard joke when i'm walking out with my pipe on my work lunchbreak. So yes it could be a somekind of gay activity in Dutch.

Ummm….no. Smoking a pipe is a deeply personal thing. Aside from the utter bizarreness of that it’s not even in the realm of good idea. If you want more than person to smoke from the same leaf use a hookah
