Pipe Donations

I know there was an outfit that took pipe donations and cleaned them up and sent them to troops serving over seas but does anyone know the name? I have about 20 pipes I don't use and would rather donate them then deal with the bother of selling them.
Any input would be welcome.

I dont know the one you're talking about, but I was a recipient. Trust me, the troops really appreciate these pipes. Although technically you can buy a pipe online and have it sent to your FOB, many troops aren't that into it. But when they get a free pipe and tobacco, they love the hell out of it.
