There is a Thursday pipe group at Chesapeake Pipes and Cigars in Annapolis. I’ve never made it out to a meeting though. It’s a great shop if you’ve never been there I would highly recommend. Lots of good tins and pipes.

I've never attended myself, so don't know how well-populated the event is, but the Davidus Cigars in Eldersburg has "Pipe Night" on Tuesdays.
