Has anyone ordered from here before? If so, what was the result/experience? Was shipping fast, trackable, and packaged well? Are they helpful and reliable? Would you order again?

Thanks in advance.
I ordered from them a number of times about 6 years ago. I don't remember the specifics with regards to tracking but everything arrived ok. I live in the UK, btw.

Try this one, they should have whatever you are looking for and more, plus they ship to the US

If they have what you want the US is usually cheaper and you also need to look at currency exchange rates.
The past few months the dollar has taken the biggest nose dive since the 70's

There are always minor fluctuations but the dollar is heading for a 20 percent loss against other major currienies.

Foreign currencies are stronger there so that makes your purchases less than Euroean markets in many locations.

I buy american produced pipe tobaccos from US online vendors that ships to a freight forwarder company in Miami and european produced from Germany, so I get the best prices from both worlds... Estervals has the best rates, even with euro as currency, e.g. I pay 8-10 euros for Salty Dogs and Three Nuns, in the US they cost no less than 22 bucks...

8 euros for salty dogs, when the official (and legal) price in Germany is 14.80? How do you do that?

When did you get that price? The dogs have gone ip a lot. It should be around 11 to 12 without the 19 percent vat.

Either way its real expensive in the US.

Tired of all my unsuccessful and frustrating searches on US online vendors about European pipe tobacco blends, often out of stock on mainstream shops or when available - on small online vendors - at crazy steep prices, brands such as Capstan, Dan Tobacco, Solani, Three Nuns to mention a few... I completed an order with Esterval from Germany on September 4 and as now, it is still in the mail...

After few inquiries by email about shipping to Colombia, promptly answered by their top notch customer service, I bought at unbelievable low prices, in US dollars:

5 of Solani Aged Burley Flake $12.64 each
5 of Salty Dogs Plug $10.36 each
Capstan Blue Flake $10.51
Kriswill Medium Navy Cut $8.42
HU Dockworker Flake $11.76
HU Flanagan Flake $11.76
Patriot Flake $8.42
Skipper's Flake $9.69
St.Bernard Flake $9.83
St.Bruno Flake $9.14
The Mallard Flake Plus Perique $10.44
Three Nuns $13.10
Tordenskjold Virginia Slices $8.14

All Va-Per or non-Latakia blends, mostly flakes... finally I got my hands on long gone tins from the US markets such as Kriswill, Skipper, St.Bernard, The Mallard plus Perique...

Even if I had to pay $59 usd for DHL shipping, each of 15 tins got a final price of $14.50... still a good bargain compared to the prices posted by the US vendors! Now... finger crossed and patiently wait for the delivery to Medellin, Colombia... up to three weeks 'cause I picked regular Germany's Post (managed by DHL) shipping instead of the express shipping (that was $89 usd)...

For personan items, there is no importing taxes to Colombia for packages of a declared value below 200 usd...

I forgot to mention, the discounts are visible only with a logged in account.

At first, I was going to ask the order to be shipped to my forwarder freight in Miami but they said that after the Trump's administration closed what's known as the "de minimis" loophole, which allowed for duty-free import of goods valued at less than $800, starting from August 29th, such imports will face tariffs based on the relevant rates for a given country of origin... and I couldn't find how much US customs would taxes a package from Germany so I shipped it directly to my country of residence, Colombia...

Its not just the customs fee into the US. There is the customs fee plus a processing fee around 30 bucks. I know the normal customs fee from the EU is currently 15 percent but tobacco can very likely be a different number.

No one knows the proper rates for imports into the US. That is why my business is dying and why Americans arent gonna get nuttin for Christmas. About 30 nations are no longer shipping to the US becuase of one idiot making a decision for the world.
