I just love that someone mentioned a close pub for a pint, how Irish can you get!
It'll give me a good excuse to go back to Ireland so I can tour the new factory!
Fascinating that they started out at a St. Stephen's Green location, a sort of Central Park in Dublin. I can't place where that would have been, but that it was at all is remarkable. The photos give an feel for the scale of the place. I'm glad they are still in their second "old" neighborhood, in Dublin County. It's uplifting to know that they are in new expanded space. I'll smoke one of my Petes in honor of their new factory.
I’m pulling for these guys, and wish them well.
Congratulations to all of them, especially to Sykes - that guy has done more for pipes and tobacco in the last twenty years than anybody else. Well Done.

That's a relief! When I saw the title I thought oh no, they've moved to Poland or somewhere!
Best of all for Peterson traditionalists is that they've located their new watering hole, which will ensure the continuation of Peterson's sterling reputation for drilling accuracy and not accidentally staining the chamber walls. The legend continues!
