i just bought this lighter for $94 from a local cigar shop

its an old boy type..very nice weight to it
question is. when i close the lid.. the flint part goes all the way down while the (ignition) snuffer cap

stays a bit higher so its not actually flush. is this normal or should i exchange it?
please let me know asap

its not that bad but i dont know..maybe u guys know more about this.

Not much response on this question. I don't use a pipe lighter. Matches are part of the ritual for me.

How's the lighter working by now? At that price level, and from Peterson, it should be a good operating

accessory. If it's working, I'd go with it. If there's any problem, I'd send it back for a refund, or perhaps

for an exchange for a different lighter.
