I grabbed one of the sandblasted finishes. By the time I remembered all the smooth options were gone, but I've been enjoying my blasts a lot lately.

Also on the list to get one of the PPN pipes of the year... I've gone a little overboard.

I would think Peterson would put out more smooth pipes and less of the rusticated pipes. The smooth pipes seem to sell almost instantly, but not so much with the rusticated versions.

I think this models looks fantastic though. Congratulations on everyone's new purchase(s).

I was happy to see the note that the PPN will have the BC stem as well, but that's totally selfish on my part since I prefer bent to straight - will be interesting where it goes with bowl and finish since I assume that stem dictates a certain bowl type from an historical point of view?

The 9B is attractive. Seems, though, it's a 9s but with a tapered stem(?) Am curious about its chamber. I have a 9s and love the look of it, but don't smoke it all that often as the chamber doesn't hold enough tobacco for my preference. Anyone have both a 9s and this 9B who could comment on whether the 9B chamber is the same size as the 9s?
