what’s the smoke time for the 312?314 for any of the older versions. I like the chamber of the 312 but the older stems were longer, and seemed to wiggle too much when I clench.
The new / current generation of system standards use an acrylic stem that seems to be the same / interchangeable amongst them; at least btwn the current 314 / 312.
So now, I grab my current 312 just as regularly, and may acquire more. As well as offload my 1 or 2 older ones.
That's entirely dependent on your packing, moisture level of leaf, type of cut, your puffing and any wind you're in.......... And other variables...what’s the smoke time for the 312?
Indeed314. I'm guessing @Peterson314 would say the same.
I’d say you could do over 1h in general.what’s the smoke time for the 312?
There are reasons this isn't listed in the specs for pipes for sale.what’s the smoke time for the 312?
Why?There are reasons this isn't listed in the specs for pipes for sale.
If you are reading the posts in this thread you'll see several already listed above but they are fairly obvious. It would be a silly thing for a manufacturer to claim to quantify as a spec. Why?
I confirmed this last night for the CURRENT era production...The new / current generation of system standards use an acrylic stem that seems to be the same / interchangeable amongst them; at least btwn the current 314 / 312.
