Just smoked some turkish pipe tobacco in my new kaywoodie. Second time I have smoked this tobacco and bought off of 4noggins. I guess this is also used for RYO cigarettes but for a pipe as well. I really like it in a pipe. Has a nice kind of "malty" taste, burns great and all the way. No casing and has that nice, rich natural tobacco flavor. Would be a great all day smoke. Anyone else tried or liked this?

Haven't tried either of those, but Cornell Diehl Turkish Izmir is pleasant both by itself and as a blending tobacco.

I love it, and like rothnh, I had to try it from a couple of different vendors before I found the cut that worked best in my pipe. At first, I thought it too dry, and tried to moisten it a bit, but I think it burns with more flavor dry. I also mix it with GH Dark Flake at night for a flavorful and strong end of the day. I like the peppery tingle it has.
