it's not cavendish mrenglish, but perique, a whole different dog...
if i had to restrict myself to just 3 tobaccos it would be bulls eye flake, luxury twist flake and for those tomes when the warden is around when i smoke 1Q.

I really enjoy this blend, I have some from 2008 and it smokes great. I do find that I reach for Escudo more often but you cannot go wrong with either one. Now that I think of it, I probably should grab a couple of boxes to add to the cellar.

All I can say is WOW! I love my Plum Pudding but this stuff is an amazingly refreshing change. I can see myself buying several more boxes of this to cellar. If I double Ziploc'd it with heavy duty freezer bags in its original box do you think it would age well? There is some air in the sealed bag inside the box already. I really don't want to handle the coins too much transferring them into quart jars but I will if necessary. Thoughts?

It will only get better with age but watch out for dryness, the coins tend to crumble .... a non-issue if you like to rub them out but still ...

I guess what I am asking is if it is in 3 sealed bags, the original from the manufacturer plus 2 heavy duty freezer bags, do you think that will be sufficient to keep it from drying out. I am talking 5+ years or so. I know mason jars would be the safest bet, but I kinda like the idea of keeping the tobacco in the original box(sealed three times over) if possible.

I will go ahead and get some new wide mouth quart jars then. I usually get the Ball 8oz quilted jelly jars but I literally want pounds and more pounds of this stuff aging.

Bullseye Flake is what really turned me on to VaPers! Love this stuff. Got just enough in a trade to try 2 bowls of it, and now I am hooked. I do hope to try some Escudo in the near future, though. I hear Butera Kingfisher is also to die for. Looks like P&C is out, so now I'll have to wait.... :puffy:

Wow, I can't believe P&C is out again already. I got the back in stock notification on Thursday and ordered two more boxes. That went pretty quick. Cup O' Joes has it for a few dollars more per box.

Smoking pipes is out too.
I was going to try it this time around. But I loaded up enough this order to keep me in smoke for a few months while I stockpile for my first brand new pipe.

Blame me for any out-of-stock issues. (Well, me, and the hoarders - not that I'm complaining. Buy! Buy! Buy!). I thought I brought in enough of this tasty goodness to keep everyone in stock, but apparently I was wrong. Should be back in within a few weeks.
Personally I've been more in the mood for Escudo lately, but still turn to LBF for something a little mellower and sweeter. My personal stash, of course, is always in stock.
