If people really want these blends get out and visit local B&Ms these unicorns normally sit on shelves for weeks at a time.

I've never smoked any, there is a member on the forum that at some point said he would send some. Still, I was gifted this tin and found it interesting. Though, Photobucket does not seem to want to rotate the photo....will try again later I suppose. Just turn your head sideways :)

It seems conflicting. The lid has the slot as though it were a coin, but no threading. While, the importer dates it further...maybe I just am having a moment and have missed something in the reading. Care to help?

I haven't had any issue scoring Sobranie, and find it to be great stuff. In fact, I really really like it. I've been able to cellar about 20 or so tins. Penzance is a little harder to find, but I don't enjoy it anywhere as much as Sobranie. Is the cut what drives the Penzance demand? It's good, but nothing more than a less sweet Quiet Nights to me. Whereas, Sobraine has a mouth feel like nothing else I've had.

What style of tin is it? The terminology lost me. The dating was easy, but then they popped up saying the dates can be older based on the tin style; of course this confused me. Imported after it sat for a while.
