For those of us in Pennsylvania, there is a new House Bill proposed - HB1657. This would extend the 2008 law restricting where you can smoke to include private clubs and tobacco shops. If you live in Pennsylvania I urge you to follow the link and send a message to your legislator. The link is from a cigar association which, from what I've found, does a bit more on the lobbying side of things. Does anyone know of Pipe organizations that follow/lobby legislation?

Sometimes you get small business associations protesting laws like this as they eat into their trade. Shop owners are more likely to speak up at hearings than others, so support them as you can, and try to get press coverage on your side.
