I wish I had something helpful on the pipe- it’s beautiful! Is there an actual “Who Made That Pipe” thread?"Who Made That Pipe" has two similar references.
Is it stamped Silver? Those marks look like faux hallmarks, unless there is more.

Yes, I saw that... but the name Peers seems to be the operative brand name. I'm wondering if the "MacKenzie" references if the "Dr. Mackenzie" that influenced pipe smoking in the day. There's a brand of MacKenzie which is listed as a line of seconds from BBB.
Ohhh how I wish I could get my hands on a copy of "Who Made That Pipe"! I know there is some wrong data, but it would still be a good starting point for research."Who Made That Pipe" can be a very useful book for people who are already know quite a bit about pipes. It's not for the beginner, as it's filled with inaccuracies and errors, easily spotted by those more knowledgeable, and easily misleading for those not so knowledgeable.
Thanks so much. This helps a great deal! ;-)"Who Made That Pipe" has two similar references.
