Tonight's Pipes Magazine Radio Show will be co-hosted by Shane Ireland. Shane is the Pipe Manager, and Website Manager for SmokingPipes.com. Brian and Shane talk about the the pipes and tobaccos they are smoking, and Shane will have an interview with Danish pipe maker Peder Jeppesen. Peder makes the Neerup line of pipes. We'll have music from pipe smoker / musician John Hartford, "Old Time River Man", which has a reference to pipe smoking.

Las Vegas in the summer is kind of like Minnesota in the winter, you're trapped indoors and don't get much of a chance to have a bowl. Not too fun to sit outside when it's 105 degrees, so summer time I'm lucky for a morning bowl on the patio and any other time of day it's usually at the local B&M where it's air conditioned.
Fun to hear about Peder and more info about Neerup pipes. Haven't bought one, but they are very nice pipes especially for the price.
Planned on buying a new Randy Wiley pipe, but now that some blend with Perique is being released soon I'm just gonna spend the finances on the blend instead.
Hope the trip to Vegas was good for the family.
