It was removed when the 8oz tubs were removed. I used to be able to click on my pending order to see that it was OOS. My fear is that it'll be another couple of years before it's back . . .
I bought 18oz that was aged a bit (2010), so that's tided me over, but I'd like those three pounds I ordered.

I doubt it will come back at all. Hope I'm wrong. I think I have couple lb of bulk and 4 8oz tubs from 2012, I think.

I'm gonna let it age for another 3-4 years

Let's hope those tubs will show up. However, as I mentioned, bulk Anniversary Kake isn't listed on P&C site anymore.

Not "backordered", not "out of stock" - it's just not there at all.
Anniversary Kake bulk will be back. Someone was tasked with removing items from the website that weren't in stock and took Anniversary Kake down mistakenly. More is on the way. When we got the 2 and 8 oz. cans back recently, it was done so we could use up all the remaining packaging. Except for the new tins (1.75 oz. flat tins), all Hearth & Home Signature blends will only be available in bulk.

Ah, that's too bad. I thought I had gotten a great deal on 5/28 when I ordered six 8 oz. cans (bulk and 2oz tins were more expensive at the time).
Thanks for the update--it's become a favorite tobacco.

I've been very happy with the service from P&C. I had a package last year with a couple dents and those tins were promptly replaced.

We know have the department supervisor monitoring the packers to make sure that tins are bubble wrapped, as well as any pipes that don't have boxes. The positive responses from people who noticed the improvement have been very gratifying.

I've always had great success with P&C. Glad to hear they are taking more care in packing tins. That makes a HUGE difference!

Just a quick thank you to P&C's customer service. I recently received my order from their 20% off sale and found two tins that I had not ordered and two tins missing from what I did order. I contacted P&C's customer service and after a couple of back and forths, received a shipping label to return the incorrect tins, which I promptly sent back. On the same day that I received my return label, P&C sent out the missing tins, which arrived in two days. The whole business was quick and painless.
