My cooking for the week is done, lol. Wife’s birthday today, so I got to unwind and needed to after work by making sauce, etc. As Barmey Fife would say - “therapetic”!

Love good tomato gravy on pasta. Nothing warms my heart like huge plate of pasta with grilled sausage.

Not a fan of pasta. Most all come with red sauce which has too much acid for me. My favorite pasta dish is Lobster Fra Diavlo in a whte wine sauce. Best one ever is at the Atlantic Fish company on Boylston st across from the Prudential building. There is a bar night club combo at the top of the Prudential and it is called the Top of the Hub and it was one of my favorite hunting grounds,
