no matter what i do my pass word never works , have to keep getting a new one .????????????????????????

Strange. Click the remember me box on the home page when you sign in and that will help for a bit. My browser remembers mine and I have had no trouble.

You might trying keeping a copy of the password on a "notepad" page.

And if you have to log in "copy/paste" it in the password box, and click the remember me.

You also may have to allow your computer to "remember" your password.

Click the "Tools" menu on your browser and select "Internet options". Under "Browsing history" there should be a box to delete history, temporary files, cookies and saved passwords. Make sure that it isn't checked. Hope that helps.
