Well just picked up a Stanwell second Royal Danish #910. The bottom of the stem lip was chewed through. No way to patch it so decided to make an attempt at making a new lip. So far so good.
Sorry about the first picture I used my cell phone. As you can see the bottom of the lip as a good chunk missing.

Starting to give it more shape.
Next I need to start with the oxidation removal and fill in the crown on the side of the stem. Once complete with those steps it will be time to polish. Part II coming soon.
