Ok, I give. What does PAD stand for? Ive seen it many times here on the forum, and thought I'd figure it out, through context. But no such luck.

It's no big secret.... well maybe it is.

It refers to a chronic medical condition suffered by pipe smokers..
Pipe Acquisition Disorder.

The other closely associated condition is TAD.
