Pad hit big time last night

So I was perusing Ebay looking for a couple of deals maybe.... when I spotted some pipes I would like to have in my collection. 2 were buy it now and 2 were make an offer. The buy it now ones are a CAMINETTO Business VINTAGE GOLD MOUSTACHE from the 70's and a SAVINELLI Goliath EX ( Extraordinaire) CUMBERLAND Military Mount Pipe-L78. The make an offer ones are an Upshall P straight grain and a SASIENI 44 GX SANDHURST. I made low ball offers and was not expecting to win at those prices, but lo and behold, I now have 4 new pipes to add to the collection. I would put up pictures but I don't know how to do it for this forum.

Thanks Grizzly, I have another 70's Caminetto I bought years ago on Ebay and it is one of my best smokers. I am hoping the new one smokes as good as the one I have now.

Good move on the Upshall, that one was on Ebay for a while and I also thought he wouldn't accept a low ball offer. You don't know until you try! Should be a fine smoker, enjoy it.

Nice pipes! As the others have said you have good taste. The Upshall and Sasieni are my favorites.

All the pipes have now been smoked and I can report back that everyone is a great smoker. I dedicated the Savinelli to my Boswell aromatics. The Caminetto to my SG ropes, the Upshall and Sasieni to Virginia flakes. The only complaint I did have was on the Upshall. The shank was very dirty although the rest of the pipe was pristine. It took me a good 20 minutes to clean it thoroughly.
The seller was secondhandsmoker on ebay and I contacted him and let him know he needs to do a better job with that. He understood and thanked me for pointing it out to him. I am extremely happy with my purchases and these will be great smokers for many years.

Really nice ones you picked up. I always liked Caminetto's and the way they smoked. Never had a bad one.
