Stress has really been getting to me lately. Everything that's going on these days, trying to keep open and grow 3 different businesses and hopefully not have to lay anyone off, my wife being on unemployment, humans in general. It's just a lot.

Decided to let off some steam and get myself a little gift. Found a very unique pipe from carver Svetlana Nechaeva she calls a rustic snail:

This is my third pipe from her and the second snail in my collection although the other is a snail shell. I've been really happy with my other two pipes from her and I think not only is she a talented carver but her pipes are probably a little under-valued, IMO. Depending on the actual source it can sometimes be a very small hassle to get these pipes as I'm told Ukraine doesn't allow PayPal but it's worth it though.

It almost looks like it could be a reverse calabash but I won't know until it gets here. I love the uniqueness and funkiness of it and for some reason I'm now craving some escargot... ?
Totally get this, and I do the same.

Tomato, tomauto; it's a blow fish Eskimo volcano quarter bent ball. Anyway, I hope you're enjoying it. I had a girlfriend break up with me in high school once, and my old man gave me a twenty and the keys to his car. I was stressed, and he told me to go spend some money. Enjoy that pipe!

I’ve got one business I’m trying to keep alive though all this, I can’t imagine trying to keep three afloat, hang in there man, and do what you gotta do to stay sane! It’s a beautiful pipe!

I’m the same way too btw, retail therapy they call it I think. Haha

Haven’t bought a pipe in a while but a few tobaccos for sure, G.L. Pease Spark Plug was one, which I’m excited to try. The other was mixture 79, which I’ve discovered I quite like! The whole process of buying, waiting, unboxing, waiting, opening tins, smoking takes the stress away for sure, it certainly has been helping me quite a bit! Keep calm and pipe on!
