I have some ready rub tobacco and am having trouble figuring out the best way to pack my bowl with it. Suggestions? By the way it is Macbaren Virginia No.1.

It's funny I think that this blend performs a bit differently from other tobaccos I smoke too. I have my best success smoking this out of my bigger pipes and I just fill it to the top and push down till it feels springy and repeat til I reach to top or however much I want to smoke. Just make sure to knock your ash; that seems to be the way I lose a light in my big pipes.
Thank you for the advice. I will give this a try. I have really not been enjoying this tobacco and have been thinking about finding it a new home. I may very well give it another try and if it is not for me then see about sending it to someone who can love it.
Good to know gentlemen, I have 2oz coming in my next order so I'll keep it in mind when I break into it.
