P&C's C&D bulk sale issue

I am going to have to send P&C an email for when they open Monday but for now I am curious as I was about to order. I have been building a cart for a couple of days. I just went into my cart and none of sale prices which still show on C&D bulk pages are reflected. For instance haunted bookshop is 1.90 per ounce at 4 ounces but my cart will show 2.16 no matter what I do. I've tried deleting an item and adding it back but no luck. Ive refreshed the product pages and the sale prices show, but then are not the same in the cart. A bit annoying as I was going to submit the order tonight. Anyone else seeing this or am I losing it?

I had the same thing happen with another bulk. I just dropped it from the cart.

I tested it as well. Same.

You will do better to call them. That was an email sale for Tobacco Tuesday, the price should last for a week.
