I didn't want to spend money on this sale, but I also didn't want to deal with P&C. Free shipping was an insufficient inducement when I thought about the trouble that I and others have had.

I'm onto my third order with P&C with no problems. They had a big readjustment with new software online, but they seem to have resolved it. I'm hoping for the best. Don't want to lose a sponsor and major online retailer.

I spoke with P&C's Customer Service & was told that Samuel Gawith tobaccos are out-of-stock. All of them. She could not provide any other details.

I flaked on this sale. Too many other things to spend money on, the reasons C.E. mentioned, and of course, if they won't sell me a pound of Brown Twist Sliced, it's a whisky tango foxtrot situation anyway.

None are listed now, either. Only the top level entry for the brand remains.

Samuel Gawith Tobaccos have been ordered and should be back shortly. We took the pages offline because we didn't want backorders to completely wipe out all of the inbound tobacco to be wiped out before it even arrives.

Those Ratrray pipes are a lot more than 20% off when you take them to check out. They are already 50% off. When you add the extra 20% off, I think another 40% comes off.

BTW: My first order of tobacco at P&C. I was concerned after hearing the complaints about packing. The tins were well protected and arrived in new condition. Great Job! :: :clap:
